1 Start by addressing the concern with your Local Coordinator.
2 Check the technical resources found on the Chromebook and Tech page of this website.
3 More technical resources may be obtained on the AARP Portal, by first going to the Libraries tab, and then to the Tax-Aide Technology blue folder.
If a technical issue is occurring, we would prefer to solve it on a local or State level. Going directly to the OneSupport ticket system leaves your Arizona management team in the dark.
