Welcome Arizona Taxpayers,

Arizona Tax-Aide volunteers thank the 34,000 taxpayers who visited one of our 65 Arizona Tax-Aide sites this past tax season. We hope you had a rewarding experience, and your tax questions/concerns were addressed. We look forward to seeing you again to assist with your 2025 state and federal returns.

If you were unable to have your 2024 tax return filed and you have reportable income, you should try to file a 2024 tax return as soon as possible. There can be penalties for late filing (beyond April 15, 2025), unless you have filed an extension before April 15.

Arizona AARP Tax-Aide will still help you file your taxes even after the tax filing deadline. Please click the “Locations” link on our Home page and read the information provided.

If you have a tax question, or if you receive notice from the IRS or Arizona Department of Revenue, we will still help you even if your local Tax-Aide site is closed during the off-season. Arizona AARP Tax Aide maintains a year-round location in the Pine Ridge Marketplace in Prescott.

We also invite you to use the “Contact” link on this website. Please select the “Something Else” subject and include a summary of your concern in the message area. Include a phone number and email address as well as which Tax-Aide site helped you originally with your tax return. Please do not include financial information or your Social Security number. A Tax-Aide volunteer leader will review your information and respond.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Our wonderful Tax-Aide team of volunteers would love to have you join our team. We are looking for volunteers with a wide variety of skills to help us deliver free quality tax services to the Arizona community. We are seeking District and Site Leaders, Technology experts, Recruiters, and Instructors, as well as Tax Counselors and Intake Volunteers.

Off-Season Tax-Aide Site:

The Pine Ridge Marketplace Tax-Aide site is open year-round with reduced days and hours until mid-January, 2026. An appointment is required. For more information, please email [email protected] or call (928) 277-1560.
